this is going on right now happening on jacklin road and arizona avenue right by milpitas high school. that's where bob redell is live with what chp officers are now saying about all that's going on out there. bob, good morning. >> reporter: good morning to you, jon and laura. we know chp received a bolo, a be on the lookout bulletin from milpitas police who's handling this investigation that they are looking for someone connected to this shooting that took place just before 2:00 this morning actually here at the intersection of jacklin road and escuela parkway. you can see police along with the fire department have converged and they're investigating that area that is right now being shown by that bright light. we were able to see earlier with our zoom lens what looked like bullet casings, three or four of them. it was our understanding there was an officer involved in this shooting that took place between an officer and a suspect. what led up to this shooting, what were the circumstances surrounding the shooting, that's not clear. we are waiting for a public information officer with
